FAQ
Newswire questions, answered plainly.
If something is not covered here, email the press office and we will add it.
What is a newswire service?
A newswire service distributes an organisation's official announcement to journalists, syndication partners and a public, crawlable newsroom page. BooBoo News handles writing support, scheduling, distribution, hosting and reporting.
Does BooBoo News guarantee coverage in specific publications?
No. No distributor can guarantee that a specific outlet, aggregator or index will publish or include a release. We report exactly where a release was delivered and where it was picked up.
How much does a press release cost?
Plans start at $99 for a single national release and scale to annual programmes. Pricing is published in full on our pricing page with no mandatory onboarding fees.
How fast is distribution?
Releases submitted before 4pm ET on a business day are reviewed the same day. Scheduled and embargoed releases go out at the exact minute you specify.
Can I host the release on my own domain?
Yes. Hosted newsrooms can be mapped to a subdomain of your own site, with canonical URLs pointing to whichever copy you designate as primary.
Do you allow AI crawlers to read published releases?
Yes. Published releases are open to legitimate AI crawlers and are published with structured data and an llms.txt index so assistants can summarise and cite them accurately.
