Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorised to issue the announcement on behalf of the named organisation.
• You warrant that all statements of fact in a release are accurate and not misleading.
• You hold the rights to all images, video and documents you upload.

What we do and do not promise

We deliver each release to the circuits you select and publish it to your hosted newsroom. We do not and cannot guarantee publication, indexing or inclusion by any third-party outlet, aggregator, search engine or AI service.

Editorial refusal

We may decline or withdraw a release that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or that fails our editorial standards. Where a release is withdrawn after publication we return an HTTP 410 for the removed URL.

Payment and cancellation

Per-release orders are payable on submission and are refundable until distribution begins. Annual programmes renew only with written confirmation.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the release giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
