We use personal data to review and distribute releases, host newsroom pages, provide reporting, bill for services and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

• Access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you.

• Journalists may request removal from the media database at any time.

Retention and security

Published releases are retained permanently as a matter of public record. Account and billing records are retained for seven years. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with HSTS enforced.
